What We Offer

Welcome to Allen Oaks Nursing and Rehab Center located in beautiful Oakdale, Louisiana. We want to be your choice for rehabilitation and long-term care in the Greater Allen Parish area. Our rehab-to-home facility has been serving our community for over 40 years. With our therapy team, we are ready to get you to your highest level of function and ready for your next venture.

Allen Oaks is proud to boast 91 private rooms for your ultimate comfort and privacy. Ensuite bathrooms are available. We also offer 2 semi-private rooms with ensuite bathrooms for family pairs. A television with Direct TV programming is provided in each room.  

 
The Rehab to Home Unit is adjacent to the new State-of-the-Art Therapy Gym, the dining room, the beauty parlor, and the resident laundry room. After therapy, you can relax, enjoy a favorite movie or TV show, or join the many daily activities offered. Your comfort is our priority!

Expect to enjoy our beauty salon, resident laundry services, buffet-style dining, and person-centered activities such as movie nights and one on one sessions for those who are room-bound. You are encouraged to bring the comforts of home with you for your stay, or simply let us know how we can help you.

We just had staffing for my mother this past week. She’s been a patient there for the past year. I was very concerned about putting my mother in a home. She loved it as soon as she got there.
